If an experienced hands on CEO had been driving the company - who didn't fly first class around the world- and keep several directors as 'passengers' for 13 years - the company would have been eminently more successful. Lets hope they now appoint someone who is accepted here in Australia -who recognises the company should have been aggressively pursuing opportunities here as well as South Africa and grown the company. E 25 has a market cap of over $300 million now exporting only 10 % Mn -did it ever occur to Thapyilal to expand and leverage the battery metals space like E 25. With the backing he had JMS should have ten times its present market cap and exposure to more markets.
