    I don't want to take offer, since I would make a loss if taking it (I took IPO price).
    But I don't get it.
    What happened to my portfolio if I don't take the offer and the 1835i take over successfully?
    They said the existing holder will be diluted but that's only the case if the take over fail over right?
    There's no saying on the success.
    This is so painful to watch as the share is only IPO for less than a year.
