The Scheme Booklet lodged with ASIC on 14 Feb is not "incomplete".

It is complete but a draft pending approval by ASIC, so that the First Hearing Date can proceed, etc etc etc.

As explained by others the time extension is purely procedural to not fall foul of the statutory time limits.

There should be no doubt from anyone this change of control is proceeding, one way or the other.
