My reading is that there are rules for timing the offer after the announcement on 19/12/23 ..( i.e 2 months ) and Scheme Meeting ( i e 3months ) .Im sure ASIC does not want this SOA to be open ended. Draging the chain for 4 months if the price drops is a tool in the kitbag of the Offerer. SH Mining just used 3 weeks extra. Imagine SQM and HP had to work out how they are going to approach this as JV. Who is the Andover operator within the JV ? etc.
