I would think/hope that RIO would be looking at this project.
If they are not, then they should be.
This project will meet their criteria of a project of the required size, a behemoth monster deposit.
They have previously stated, as have the OIL majors, that they are looking for a suitable project in the new energy/electrification space in order to diversify their portfolio of assets and get a foot into the new growth energy field.
Well this project is shaping up to be the preeminent Lithium deposit in the world.
