As much as I would like to see a BEAST buying up Mineral Resources shares it is likely that Ellison was aware of the buyer JPM had organized and that the buyer was not likely to come in from left field with a counter bid thus covering Gina's ass (Quite a formidable job indeed)
Unless of course there has been a falling out regarding Min Res picking up the contract work for Azure.

That this is an absolute monster of a deposit, one of the premier Lithium deposits in the world.
Just where are we at if the next lot of drill results are bigger and better than what we have seen to date, which have been nothing short of sensational.
If that happens then becomes an entirely different ball game.
