The whole industry is slowing down, not the best time to be squabbling when all factors are going against you. This will be a donut just a matter of time. Timoney knows this and hence why he wants control so he can prop it up a bit longer till at least he's out of escrow. Also he's of the opinion that if he can't sell then he's going to make sure he takes everyone down with him.
