Thought fellow holders might be interested that we are being asked to approve part of Clive Stein's remuneration package as 520000 share options, vesting in 2017 @ $4.00 !!!!!
Compared with some other companies I've ben with this is refreshingly challenging to the recipient, and should he and AMM reach this target / hurdle we will all have benefitted well.
These guys are not silly, and given their optimism leads me to wonder if they already have target in mind to bid for, (at the opportune time), with the proceeds of that slightly controversial cap raising?
Your thoughts...?
