if you google Capel Farm, or green lake related news, you will find chinese is looking for opportunities in other food products and wines etc.
and so is CCF as mentioned in the announcement.
unlike AHF or AYB who debt funding farm to the neck, CCF is more like BFC, but BFC is just a distributor, which means their margin is threatened on both end, I still cannot figure out how BFC worth some 200mil cap, in no way, their revenue is going to multiple any year sooner. CCF is like real estate agents or brokers, no need capital, offer experience, and its profit margin can be multiplied by the number of lease they sign as they indicated in the announcement, if the first free lease is working!!!
so in my mind, CCF should be best performer out of all known speculative agri stocks including BFC. also bearing in mind, CCF has highest management ownership out of all.
