Any thought on lease duration for the other user. No easy task at all but might be worth a go as potential increase dramatically and a whole new game will be played.

ooops!!.......back to reality............... my thoughts are on an ann coming out of left field with a possible farm acquisition but not any farm..........certified organics I reckon
