If you think about it logically my interests are aligned with all shareholders interest. So if im kicking up a stink about this ridiculous options issue along with others then why would you say we have some other agenda.
More importantly why would you vote yes. No one has given a reasonable answer as to why we would agree to 175M options with a strike of .007
Maybe we are wrong voting no. I would just like to hear a Reasonable reason why we should vote yes. I cant think of any
