Resolution 3 - Re-election of Director – Noel Halgreen

I'm Voting A big NO!!! If you look at the explanatory notes it still states he is a director of KDL when in fact he has resigned!!!!!

In all my years I have been in wfe I have no freekin idea what the hell Noel has done apart from draw a massive salary and now he wants 40mil options!!!!! For what!!!!!

In fact the only person that should get the option is ROD and that should be based on KPI

Hope they are not using wfe as a cash cow? 40,000,000 options is a hell of a lot of shares for what exactly?

Who actually knows on here what the hell does Noel Halgreen actually do for winmar? He has resigned from KDL? Hope they are not all going to resign from KDL and move to winmar, what a mess that would be?

I just want to know what the hell they are doing for the 40mil options and what exercise price (probably next to nothing) going on past performance 10c down to 0.002c
