If they could get sp jump big to over 1c or above before 15th of November, I will no problem to vote yes by then...

They might already factor in the appreciation from the sp before then, so that could be reason they set it 15th of November.....

Whoever sell now to 0.4c, better try your luck to buy back if you still wanna big gain.....

I am thinking not far for the sp perform....
