Settle down.....most of the increase is to increase the size of the board in the future. The pay rise for director brings them into line with peers. If you want to attract quality directors you can't pay them 90k.....you have to consider the business has global operations in pretty dynamic markets so need reasonable experience and your not going to get those guys for 90k kiwi. I'm also lead to believe their is a requirement of directors to invest eq first year board fee into shares to align them with shareholders. I'm happy with it.
