I will be voting NO to the remuneration resolution as I feel that the only parties that have benefited from the last years business activities are related parties. Given the volume of shares held by the directors, they are almost guaranteed to get all resolutions through, however, I see it as important that even the small shareholders hands and sentiment is seen. S5 appears to be less significant than managing interests under an arm’s length lease.
