Ah ... the reference to the $36m CAD held against the claim was...

Ah ... the reference to the $36m CAD held against the claim was not in an ASX announcement but rather in an email I received 18/5/17 from **ovich/Metcalfe. However, the interesting comment in this email was:

"the Company must hold cash against claims of CAD$36M, and possibly higher, until the matter is resolved."

So what does "and possibly higher" mean? 20% higher? ... 30% higher? If MPO had received conservative legal advice then it is not surprising that the Board has felt it could do little over the past few years?

I will stay with the incumbent Board ... reluctantly ...
