you are completely wrong, big investors run away from company( Pershing, Hartleys, Deutsche bank, Golden sache, Morgan financial, Jp Morgan all dumped their shares) . you can compare top 20 holders in their latest annual report and the one from IPO.
top 20 just hold 20% of all shares and rest belong to small shareholders.
I'm personally hold 200k shares and will vote against all of those resolutions.
