Received the notice in the mail today. Performance rights are vested on $0.75 VWAP maintained for at least one month at any time in the next two years. That value is 5.7x current SP. That's pretty good if you just bought in, but not that great for the majority that bought at peak.
SP peaked too high too soon, so the performance rights are arguably reasonable
