The way they got hurdle of performance shares A & B , they will get $0.75 VWAP. They wanna mislead shareholders from approval on Resolution 10, Approval of 10% additional placement capacity .
They need money for own salaries. This is the only thing, they are worry about it.
Personally, I'm going to vote AGAINST all of them to hear clear voice of shareholders like TNO.
