It is standard practice for an impact study to be conducted to satisfy the requirements of environmental ledgislation. This is part of the process.
Two questions ? Do you know anything about legislative compliance and/or mining and are you looking at investing and trying to bring the price down for you to be able to afford it?
it will not get any cheaper buy now down-ramper. There are to many smart people here to take your scare tactics onboard.
