Disagree with you on the issue of shares issued to the NED as Suriano has the corporate skill sets and experience needed and proven for seamless M&A AND consultation , and easing any inhouse political issues , skills that were previously possibly lacking or not utilised by previous NEDs for this company from what I have seen over a number of years so he IMHO is worth his pound of salt .
He is also a good listener and has wide corporate experience in small to medium sized businesses .
The Board is run on a skeleton crew what is it total of 3 of them ?
Actually could do with another board member IMHO a young woman may add a different perspective, and if she had human resource experience all the better ?
