In the future when they go to the market for funds what will potential new investors do as the first bit of DD? A quick google of altura will stop 99% of new punters from subscribing for allocations, you don't want to instantly limit your potential funding pool.
You should be behind the new name, its a good move by the management team why openly support the previous bad decisions but be against the good ones? funny way to try and make money in the market.
