Ahpigsy - firstly I apologize for the poor formatting on my last post addressed to the three of you - it was a cut and paste from another device.

You state - "I measure a pulbic company success by one thing, it's appreciating share price."
Well ahpigsy - an early lesson on any share trading course will teach you, that share price is often a very poor guide to true underlying value.
The whole science of Value Investment is based on finding companies where there is a big disconnect. UCM is a classic in this respect.
