Why do youall HOLD shares in UCM – or are you just telling lies?

Have youall put your heads together – seeking to try and inflict maximum damage? Or areyou on a fishing expedition to try and learn if there is a plan to take thecompany private – perhaps you have decided there is - and are trying to pushthe price down to buy a swag more.

Some factsfor you:

Phillips isCEO and Executive Chairman– he is also the founder of the company.

He headswhat is now an international organization.

Goodcompany CEO’s get out front and lead!

He has thesupport of a solid dedicated staff covering 4 continents.

In his specialtyfield he is world-renown (in case you don’t know what renown means – it is “Thestate of being well-known and much spoken about; the quality of beingfamous”

As with allgood companies - there is a succession plan in place should something happen tohim. His loss would be sad but another good CEO would take his place. (That isone of the advantages of a public company) @Maxmillions – take note!

Somethings you should learn:

Publiccompanies usually send letters with their AGM Material.

Theseletters are almost always signed by the Chairman of the Board.

A Chairmanwho takes part of his annual remuneration in shares – shows faith in the company’sfuture and frees working capital for growth and development. @adventure20 –take note!

Perhaps you knew all this - you certainly did not let it show.
If you all want to be "Influencers" then you will really have to lift your game !
