so you would give him is 1.6 million shares for performance… for free…for what…..

and would also give his colleagues or mates free shares as well….for what… screwing share holders every year…. Weres the value here…

but
i don’t think Phillips could get a root in brofal….
he is so tight.. won’t spent a cent…. But he’ll accept free shares for performance….. he’s paid himself a nice package for doing his job….

but performance means performance…..
Any company can print more shares and give the shares to your mates so they can vote for your performance rights…… and also increase the market cap….
