I agree there is no capital raise coming. It is not needed.
Also, I don't know who is suggesting a new corner stone investor, or why. For the life of me I can't see why the company would sell part of the farm when they have no need to do so. The discussion seems to be about having lots of cash to throw at development, but as an ex-development person I can't help recalling the one about having more monkeys at typewriters and thinking this would produce the complete works of William Shakespeare more quickly. It won't.
