Do you really hold Rogerrabbit?? or is that just given so people think your a holder providing solid advice.

There is unlikely to be a raising near term(options still to be exercised should still provide some $12 mill by Jan 2021), just provision at right price to secure funds if necessary, but not from a big competitor.

There will be some changes to what is proposed based on where the current market is

This gives WBT the capacity to raise significant funds if necessary to supercharge it"s program in all areas of the NVM market, without letting a large behemoth take some control.
If this is ever used am sure the key people of WBT would balance the dilutionary effect versus the benefits of having a larger funding base
Don't forget they are large holders themselves, so are well aware of protecting shareholder value
