Resolution 12: Re-insertion of Partial Takeover Plebiscites provision in the Constitution
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution:
“That the Partial Takeover Plebiscites provision in rule 36 of the Company’s constitution be re-inserted
for a further period of three years commencing from the date of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.”
