options are not difficult. Think of them as shares with a bit more to pay before they are shares. Sometimes you can trade them. They always have a time limit. They may or may not be listed, as are these (not listed). They were promised to entice the sophis to stump up cash at 2.8c in a 1 for 2 ratio, but cant be traded this time unless you pay the 4c turning them into shares. Right now there is no point, but if they find something, sp could go to 10c, options would be worth 10c- the 4c so to get your money out you would need to stump up the 4c. ( might be 4.5c can’t remember )
the shareholders still need to vote on whether or not they should be issued.
