What is the point in having a vote on resolution 6?
The resolution was put last year about being able to issue 15% more shares and it was overwhelmingly voted down. Yet the Board has ignored the resolution completely and is now conducting a capital raise which is issuing 15% more shares.
We know the Board couldn't give a rats about the ordinary shareholder but putting this resolution to the meeting is just a straight out insult.
On a promising note, it will be relatively straightforward to vote the renumeration down and cause a spill of the Board this year. Is this why they are trying to stack the shareholding with a Regal Funds getting 600 million shares? To protect them from the third strike?
