Yes, but Greg English the "Executive" Chairman, so he's a full-time employee too.
I worked for a mining company with an Executive Chairman, and later they had a President/CEO, but the Executive Chairman was really the supreme commander. We also became a top 100 ASX-Listed company at one stage still with that structure.
There's no doubt Greg is calling all the shots behind the scenes. But Gareth is doing a lot of the leg work and some planning.
