I have not been on HC for a long while, been on holiday spending my PLS dividends. Had a fantastic time! Not being on HC to watch the market melt has probably been one of the best things to result from the holiday ;>

Got the notice in the mail and had to jump on board to say I am voting NO to all resolutions. Whichever LT holders are left, this is your chance to have a say. Tell them thank you for the great benefit they have provided to holders.

I am not sure how many long-term holders are left, I assume a great deal of transfer has occurred from retail to institutional, but I hope there is enough to send a very clear message. The institutions will agree to everything, so noise is all that we can provide.

I have to say I am a little disappointed in myself with this stock. With the cash in the bank, I never saw that CR happening, overconfidence blinded me. I need to reflect and learn so as not to let this happen to me again. It is what it is. I think at current prices, it is way oversold, but I am looking for an exit strategy when the market turns around. I don't think that will happen for some time yet. Let's hope I am wrong.
