I don’t think people are joining the dots. Everyone on this site was enraptured by Emmanuelle Datt and how he’d save the company. So far the share price has gone backwards at pace. Ask yourself why the new directors joined and left immediately- I’m guessing there’s more to the story. The business appears to have been neglected and all the directors appointed in the last 13 months have tried to address issues but held back by too much shareholder baggage. The business squandered its opportunity to grow profitably through covid. In hasn’t made correct investments and doesn’t have a scalable business. It needs an experienced CEO or a merger to navigate the pathway.

the rumoured offer by Stake may be its best bet into the future but Datt is likely underwater and hard to make happen. Interesting times ahead.
