    One thing I originally missed in this announcement is that the meeting is physical only, no online.

    Odd these days, more so for a tech company, for the AGM to be physical only. Given what is going on with Stake and the new CEO being announced tomorrow, I would have thought having as many shareholders being able to view as possible would be a good move.

    Maybe they don't want video available if they get a second strike....
