I sold all my shares just after the Rights Issue opened for 7.5cps and bought them all back at 5cps thru the Rights Issue which netted me several hundred dollars and reduced the cost base of my holding.

I am not much of a fan of Uranium and much prefer to be invested in Copper. Still hoping that something may come of our Zambian Lumwana West Project ('LWP') but am resigned to the fact that this is very much an outside chance. The LWP was at least a stage where it could have been progressed more promptly than any of these Uranium permits which will require substantial drilling and funding to find any worthwhile deposit inside of two years.

In regard to voting, it has been a very long time since I have voted in favour of any remuneration reports or Performance Rights in favour of directors or any management personnel in any company I am invested in. I make a point of voting against all such resolutions across the board!
