I would urge anyone/everyone to consider voting against all 3 decisions. This company needs a cleanup and it starts with the shareholders.

The whole board needs an overhaul, they're running this tech based company into the ground - what they need is someone ambitious in the tech sector who isn't listed in 10 different companies as board of directors to lead this show.

Scrap all the wasted resources/board members, focus on improving the technology and making the actual service competitive with some edge and get their shareholders/users involved.

Lets not waste another year of SWF being subpar, shareholders need to unite and fix this mess, it's becoming a company of people who just sit on the board making big $ while making no improvements....
