it costs more to operate non-gaming revenue than its non-gaming revenue brings in the door. IE it is not profitable. The non-gaming revenue largely supports the gambling business through member rewards and complimentary services. Even gaming is turning non profitable due to regulations.
I'm not saying the SP won't improve over the long term, i wouldn't still be an investor if i didn't think it would. it is marinated in massive risk though.
