Sold the rumours, bought the fact. Won't be a surprise that Fridays results will confirm its been a challenging environment.

However my thesis is unchanged. The risks I commented on a year ago are reduced, and trending down. QWB grand opening is tomorrow and this will get some press coverage.

I predict:

- licences will not be cancelled in NSW AND Qld. Ongoing supervision is a strategic win.
- finances will improve in 2025
- compliance remedial work will run its course.
-fine will not be as big as feared.
- new management will do better and more talent recruited.

What else is keeping thos SP down? Am I missing something?

Whether turnaround or takeover, these shares are undervalued. So I bought more.
