One thing is keeping this down. The government and the NICC. The playing field of regulation needs to be rolled out the same at pubs and clubs. Of course regulation will reduce revenue so the government will need to reduce their duties and remove their levy and prepare for lower taxes. Either that or remove the regulation and enjoy higher taxes and the status quo. Business has to make money or business will not exist, this is not communism. Without business the government will not get their precious taxes.
