It's fear-selling before the results.
I think the SP was rising slowly as the market was betting on a takeover, but seeing multiple parties do a 180 after serious consideration, waned the market's confidence. There's gotta be serious cashflow impairments for anyone to have an appetite to buyout the company. And when it comes to being undervalued, no one knows how much lower can something go.. remember people were 'Glad' they were able to top up at $1? Time will tell.. wonder what McCann is upto in his war-room?
