So the old Brisbane casino is closed now, the hotel is still operating. They are trying to get a sale on the building. It is heritage listed. This could take a long time also and add to the current cost pressures. Not sure what use the gaming floors would be to someone if you can't do much due to heritage laws same for the hotel. They should have sold it when they started the new casino with a lease back.
