You are not wrong about regulation. The question is can Star survive until its either relaxed OR until it's put onto pubs and clubs? Could be years until pubs and clubs have the same level of regulation applied.
I'm purely in this for an NTA play atm. I dont see any value in the actual Casino side of the business right now. it is so highly regulated i think people will just steer clear.
