If Crawford tries to say Nick Weeks is not the manager referred to in section 28 of the Act. The NICC appointed Nick Weeks to be the special manager of the Sydney casino for 90 day periods extended by request to the minister. Nick Weeks was appointed at beginning of the licence suspension. No other part of this legislation within the casino control act aside from section 28 gives the NICC the authority to appoint a person of their choosing to be a manager of a casino. These new laws are being manipulated and applied arbitrarily in a way different from how they were drafted. This reeks of corruption.
