They know what they know. If you read between the lines and look at the background work and actions they are undertaking, does not make sense if you had doubts about the product and results. If you were that concerned about bad results and not having a product, you would sit tight, hold your cash and not spend a dime on patents, marketing and people.

Equally, those involved in the US trials along with the RAP team in particular are professions who know a thing or two. Maybe they could be conned once into doing these types of trials but not twice. The fact that these hospitals have not ran a million miles from this after the first trial speaks volumes.
