Traditionally we have seen a sea of announcements (mostly indicating pending deals that never happen or take far longer than suggested) coming up to every AGM for several years now... And then a huge slowdown afterward. Trader's heaven?
It reeks of management trying to save face as they are forced to sit in the same room with investors each year.
