I guess now we know why our shares have been pushed down. To make their "performance" appear to be much better than they actually are. They used the 5.5% holding to put downward selling pressure on the price and now wish to measure future incentives against this position.
Good on MW for negotiating his deal.
Bad on the rest who have stayed . My position of lets see what they do is rapidly changing based on this meeting call.
Obviously, it would be good to hear others thoughts. If many agree, maybe it is time to mobilise our collective holding. As I understand, the "closely held" shares can't be used to influence this vote - happy to be corrected.
This part of the letter that I am sure many will not read or understand is telling:
