Chile is not a Chilean company, I think it's registered in the Cayman or Virgin Islands or some other dodgy place. It's owned by an extremely rich Russian.
I wonder about the Chinese investor who was earning a 51% share in some of the ELS inc Rose of Denmark etc. I think he paid at least 3 of the 4 necessary payments and would surely have a residual claim. It appears that like many he has just written off is investment.
There were many warnings about gold in Victoria and seemingly they were spot on if you go by how AYC, CGT, ORS and MCO have gone. Lessons learned the extremely hard way!
