I agree i would rather pay more for quality, i have been very critical of the guys over email. All updates are just copy and paste rubbish, there is no progress and I have to laugh I kept pinning them on the fact in June a drill plan was weeks away, then August it was weeks away then I kept emailing about it so he went to the trouble of adjusting his copy and past updates to change that one particular line to now say potential drill plans at some stage.
These guys clearly are not the cream of the crop and their salaries reflect that. Some guns with performance based options is by far the best way to go.
The plan just seems to be wait for the others around to do it all while we just watch over the fence
