Well done Dellisa. I think the BoD has forgotten their responsibility is firstly to the shareholder for the long term maximization of the company value. This appears to be a short sighted inflated reward to retain Damon to "incentivize" him. If he feels he requires a reward of this magnitude at this point, I say let him go and find another company where they value people who think the world owe them a living, or otherwise await a reward commensurate with company performance, which involves equivalent risk taking to the shareholders. It will be a no vote from me also.
