jeez I am a bit surprised at the volume of shares traded in BRL lately given the court case appeal result is due soon.
I think this may well be a sign that some market participants believe another loss is fully priced in at 11cps.
Which is inline with what the SP dropped to when the first loss in court was announced and the company is now in a much better financial position to pay the $70m to $80m should they lose again.
Good to see some support for the SP although still happy I sold out......especially given my returns since on those funds.
It's a bit odd the share buy back has not kicked back in given the companies commentary.
Best of luck to Shers for the court case lots of upwards movement in the SP if they win and not to much downside risk from 11 cps if they lose me thinks........courts are a funny place and things can easily be overturned on one small technicality
